How do I know your products are genuine? 

At Creputate, we pride ourselves on providing our customers with authentic products. All of the products advertised on our website have been thoroughly checked over to guarantee authenticity. We do not, in any way, promote or sell fake, replica or counterfeit products.

Are all of your products new? 

All of the products on our site are in brand new condition, with all original tags still attached.

Do you ship internationally? 

Whilst shipping within the UK is free of charge, we are able to ship internationally at an additional cost. If you require your items to be shipped internationally, please contact us and we will provide you with a quote for this service.

How long should it take for me to receive my items? 

We aim to despatch all items within one working day. Items are then delivered using a tracked Royal Mail first class service, with the aim of delivering within 1-2 working days. For more information on shipping, please see our Shipping & Returns page.

What should I do if I'm not happy with my items?
