SHIPPING

All UK orders will be shipped via a Royal Mail First Class fully tracked and insured service. Buyers will be emailed the tracking number within 24 hours of despatch. Please allow 48 hours for orders to be processed, packed and shipped. Royal Mail aim to deliver within 2 working days. From the point of order, your item(s) should be with you within 3-5 working days. Once you have received your tracking number, you are able to use Royal Mail's 'Track & Trace' service to follow the progress of your shipment. Please contact us for international shipping enquiries.

RETURNS

As per your statutory rights, you have 14 days to return items and receive a full refund. To receive a full refund, goods must be returned unworn, with tags still attached and in the original packaging as provided. Creputate will not be liable for any shipping costs incurred in returning the goods. Please contact us as soon as possible to initiate the returns procedure.
